Pray

More than anything else, we need your prayers. Nothing goes further in the Kingdom of God than time spent in earnest prayer. Many dedicated leaders ministering overseas have told us that they are grateful for all the prayers spoken on their behalf by faithful Christians in Canada.

The fall season of 2012 is here. Please take some time to pray for MPI’s ministry partners in Ukraine and Belarus. Throughout the year, they endeavour to fulfil their ministry by reaching out to help the lost and needy. Pray for renewed wisdom, strength, and opportunities. Pray that, by God’s grace, each leader and ministry will continue reach out and positively effect the lives of Children and Seniors in need. Remember that the scriptures say that ‘…the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” James 5:16

Prayer requests for September 2012

  1. Please pray for the upcoming Connect 2012 Tour. Andrei and Andy will be traveling throughout south western Ontario telling the stories and sharing the needs of the children of Ukraine and Belarus.
    • Pray that Andrei will have the grace to tell the stories of the Children of Ukraine and Belarus.
    • Pray that the Lord would lift up the Children of Ukraine and Belarus through pray (James 5:13-18).
    • Pray that the LORD’s will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6:6-13)

     

  2. Please pray for the children’s ministry leaders in Ukraine and Belarus.
    • Pray that these leaders would be strengthened by the Lord to continue to minister to their charges.
    • Pray that the Lord would provide finances to continue each ministry.
    • Pray that more and more children would be impacted and blessed through these ministries.

     

  3. Please pray for safe travels for Andrei and Andy as they visit Canada. This will be the first time young Andy will fly on a plane and leave home.
    • Pray that they would be safe throughout their travels.
    • Pray for the Lord’s grace for young Andy. He often becomes car sick when he is traveling.
